Detailed Terms & Conditions

Account Registration & Use

By installing ZS Bundles, you represent that you are the owner or authorized administrator of the Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your store's access to our app.

Billing and Subscription

Subscription fees are charged based on the plan you select. Since we use Shopify Billing, any disputes regarding payments should be handled via your Shopify Admin. If you uninstall the app, the billing will stop according to the specific plan's terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ZS Bundles for:

Attempting to reverse-engineer the app's core logic.
Creating multiple fake stores to exploit free trial periods.
Using the app to distribute spam or misleading offers.
Interfering with the app's server stability.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and logos associated with ZS Bundles are the exclusive property of Zilancer LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your store's growth.

Limitation of Liability

ZS Bundles is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, Zilancer LLC shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, data loss, or store downtime resulting from the use of our app. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Critical Note: You are responsible for testing your bundle configurations on a test product before applying them to your entire store to avoid pricing errors.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZS Bundles if:

You violate these Terms of Service.

Payment fails repeatedly via Shopify Billing.

Your store is flagged for fraudulent activity.
